FAQs

What is a mobile notary, and how does it work?

1

A mobile notary comes to you — whether that's your home, office, hospital, or favorite coffee shop. I bring everything needed to notarize your documents on the spot, so you don't have to rearrange your day.

What do I need to bring to my appointment?

2

Just a valid, government-issued photo ID (driver's license, passport, or state ID) and your unsigned documents. Don't sign anything beforehand — the notarization has to happen in front of me.

What areas do you serve?

3

I serve the South Bay and greater Los Angeles area, including Hawthorne and surrounding communities. Not sure if I cover your location? Reach out and I'll let you know!

What is a loan signing appointment, and how long does it take?

4

A loan signing is when a notary witnesses and notarizes your mortgage or refinance paperwork. Most appointments take about an hour, depending on the loan package size.

Absolutely. I'm a certified Notary Signing Agent (NSA) and work seamlessly with escrow officers, title companies, and lenders to make the closing process smooth for everyone involved.

How long does the apostille process take?

I'm happy to walk through what you're signing, but I'm not able to provide legal or financial advice. For questions about your loan terms, your lender is the best resource.

An apostille is a certification that makes your U.S. documents legally recognized in other countries. If you're using documents abroad — for immigration, education, business, or marriage — there's a good chance you'll need one.

Common documents include birth certificates, marriage certificates, diplomas, notarized affidavits, and business documents. If you're unsure whether your document qualifies, just ask!

Turnaround times vary depending on the issuing authority, but I'll walk you through the process and keep you updated every step of the way.
